Chandraboti Ayurvedic, a long-standing beauty care brand, partnered with Myndroot to redesign and reposition its presence in line with current market expectations. Following a focused study of the market, consumers, and competitors, we identified key gaps affecting relevance and growth—especially post-COVID, when brand recall and sales had significantly declined.
To address this, we developed a refreshed brand identity, refined positioning, and a modern packaging system. We also built a new Shopify e-commerce platform to elevate the digital experience. The transformation was strengthened through targeted digital and performance marketing to boost awareness and drive online sales.
